How to Train on WibeFit
Your complete guide to logging workouts, tracking stats, and reaching your fitness goals.
1. Finding a Plan
Browse the Marketplace or connect with a Trainer.
Navigate to the 'Marketplace' tab to find public workout plans created by top trainers. You can filter by goal (Muscle, Fat Loss) or difficulty.
2. Starting a Workout
Launch the V2 Runner for guided execution.
Click 'Start Workout' on your dashboard. The interactive runner will guide you through every set, rest timer, and exercise demo.
3. Tracking Progress
Visualize your gains with advanced analytics.
After every session, check your 'Analysis' tab. View your Muscle Heatmap to see which areas you targeted and track your volume over time.
Pro Tip: Install on Mobile
WibeFit is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can add it to your home screen for a native app experience without downloading from an app store. Just tap "Share" (iOS) or the menu (Android) and select "Add to Home Screen".
