By using the WibeFit application and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for any content you post, including workout data, comments, and images. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the service.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium; (ii) using any automated system to access the service; (iii) transmitting spam or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with the proper working of the service.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We are not responsible for any health problems that may result from training programs, consultations, products, or events you learn about through WibeFit. If you engage in any exercise program you receive through the app, you agree that you do so at your own risk. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness program.

In no event shall WibeFit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
