Community Facility Sharing Agreement

Community must provide accurate information about all listed facilities, maintain them in safe condition, and retain full control over facility access and booking approvals.

Community sets all pricing for facility bookings. WibeFit charges a commission of 12% on all bookings, with payment processing fees of 2.5% additional.

Users book facilities through the WibeFit platform. Community receives instant notifications and may approve or reject bookings within 2 hours.

Community is responsible for facility safety and maintenance and must maintain adequate liability insurance. WibeFit acts as a facilitator only.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. All confirmed bookings must be honored before termination.
