Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made during a billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Generally, all fees and charges are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the billing date to be eligible for an adjustment or credit.

For any one-time purchases of digital content or services, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
